Hawkeyes Have Sold Out Four Games
University of Iowa athletics officials
say four home football games have been sold out.
The sellouts include Iowa's intrastate rivaly with Iowa State on
September 13th, Wisconsin on October 18th, Northwestern on
September 27th and Penn State on November 8th.
Pam Finke is the university's director of ticket operations. She
says it's now reaching the point where fans who are thinking about
getting season tickets need to go ahead and make the purchase - or
they risk not getting their full order.
She says the demand for three other homes games has been steady
and will likely increase as the season gets closer. Those games
include the season opener against Maine on August 30th, Flordia
International on September 6th and Purdue on November 14th.
